Conditions and Regulations

Barbara, snc - 71012 RODI GARGANICO (FG), C.F./IVA/R.I. n. 03563720717 - R.E.A./FG n. 256354 Share Capital € 1.199.000,00 i.v., hereafter only GRUPPO SACCIA, welcomes its guests to HOTEL BAIA SANTA BARBARA in RODI GARGANICO, PARK HOTEL PAGLIANZA-PARADISO and CAMPING INTERNAZIONALE MANACORE in PESCHICI and in confirming its commitment to a pleasant and peaceful vacation, invites GUESTS to observe and respect these RULES which also contain the general booking conditions. The respect of a few rules for the benefit of the common interest.

 

GENERAL BOOKING CONDITIONS

CAMPSITE - PITCHES

Rates do not include tourist tax.

The pitches can be occupied by a maximum of 4 people in the "S", 6 in the "L" and in the "VIP" pitch, 8 in the "XL" (adults or children).

Pitches can be booked for a minimum of one week's stay with free entry/departure. Pitches facing the sea, equipped tents and "VIP" pitches, bookable from Saturday to Saturday. The reservation is completed with the payment of the first installment of the deposit of 30%, by bank transfer or credit card. In the reason for payment must be indicated "deposit protocol No. ..........". A specific pitch can be booked only for a minimum stay of two weeks, from Saturday to Saturday, and the payment of the entire stay at the time of booking. Otherwise, the assigned number will be communicated only upon arrival. Any change of pitch is only possible with the prior authorization of the Saccia Group.

At least 10 days before arrival, by bank transfer or credit card, reason for payment "deposit protocol n. ............." must be paid the second installment of the deposit of 70% of the estimate of stay, for the pitches booked without a specific number. Only upon receipt of the deposit of 70% will the booking confirmation be sent. The payment of the deposit of 70% from the 9th day before arrival, will result in a surcharge of 5% on the amount still to be paid.

 

On the day of the beginning of the stay, the guests will proceed to check-in with all its formalities, including the signing and authorization to retain the deposit paid (30% and 70%) on account of the price of the stay. Subsequently we will proceed to check-out by issuing an invoice for the entire stay with tax and any extras.

There is no refund in case of early departures/unused days.

Any errors in accounts must be disclosed prior to the issuance of tax documentation. No reports or requests for reimbursement on alleged errors will be accepted after the account has been closed.

Discounts and promotions applicable only to Guests declared at the time of booking.

RISK-FREE CANCELLATION. In case of cancellation of the reservation within 10 days before arrival, the total amount paid, will be refunded net of the deductible of € 30.00 for administrative costs. For cancellations and / or changes of period, from the 9th day before the date of arrival, will be retained the deposit of 30% of the total stay just adhering to the conditions and regulations previously read and accepted. The remaining 70% can be used for any postponement of the period of stay, during the current season, or will be refunded. For booking changes, within 10 days before arrival, will be charged an excess of Euro 30.00 for administrative costs.

Rates will be charged from the day of arrival, regardless of time. Also the day of departure will be counted if this takes place after h. 12.00.

The customer who enters into the seasonal contract, must necessarily indicate the names of the 4 participants included in the contract. The extra people, and / or outside this list will be considered "Guests" and the fee will be calculated according to the official rates of the campsite, under the heading adult and / or additional child. For the presence of a dog/domestic animal, there will be an extra charge of € 150,00 in total. To confirm a seasonal pitch, it is necessary to send a deposit of 50% and the balance directly on site upon arrival.

Guests and/or pets found inside the Campsite, NOT REGISTERED, will be sanctioned with a fine of € 100 (in addition to the expected surcharge).

Visitors of Campsite Guests are admitted from h. 9,00 to h. 21,00. The first hour is free. After this hour the "Additional Guest" adult and/or child rate of the reference period will be applied.

Cars/motorcycles are to be parked in the common areas. For parking in pitch, supplement of € 15,00 per day. Extra car/motorbike in parking lot, € 5,00 per day.

In order to take advantage of the services offered, as well as for safety reasons, Guests must wear the "SACCIA GROUP" identification bracelet from the moment of their arrival.

HOUSING UNITS AND HOTELS

Rates do not include tourist tax.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

CHECK-IN. The reception is open, for the operation of acceptance, from h. 10.00 to h. 21.00.

Upon arrival, Guests must present a valid identification document, both for adults and children.

The compilation of the notification form is at the expense of the customer and can be done already after the booking, both with the online compilation on our website, or manually by fax or e-mail.

The pitches will be available from h. 16.00 on the day of arrival, until h. 12.00 on the day of departure. In case of departure after this time, will be charged the additional night.

The housing units and rooms will be available from h. 17.00 on the day of arrival, until h. 10.00 am on the day of departure. For the hotel formula, the stay must begin with lunch, in case of arrival in the morning, or with dinner, arriving in the afternoon. For days and/or meals not enjoyed and early departures, there is no refund.

Upon arrival, all Guests must wear the "GRUPPO SACCIA" identification bracelet in order to use the Village's services, as well as for internal security reasons.

CHECK-OUT. Upon departure, guests are requested to leave the rooms/floors/living units within the scheduled time, in order and the kitchenette clean, so as to avoid delays in the delivery of keys and deductions from the deposit. For any extras / camping account to be paid, it is advisable to provide the day before departure. Upon request, availability permitting, with extra charge, possibility to leave the room / housing unit available until h. 19.00.

RULES

These rules are published on our website and can be viewed through a link provided during the quote, exposed c / o reception office of our facilities and is intended, therefore, fully accepted at the time of booking with the payment of the deposit and / or arrival at the facility for guests who do not make use of the practice of booking (passers-by, campers, etc..).

LIABILITY - INSURANCE

The Saccia Group declines any responsibility for theft of money or any other object left unattended both c/o the pitches/housing units/rooms and under the umbrellas and/or in the car, etc.;

The Saccia Group and its staff are not responsible for theft or loss that may occur inside the HOTEL BAIA SANTA BARBARA in RODI GARGANICO, the PARK HOTEL PAGLIANZA-PARADISO and the CAMPING INTERNAZIONALE MANACORE in PESCHICI, for damages in case of temporary lack of gas, electricity, water or technical failure of the facilities, for accidents caused by natural elements, such as wind, rain, and the like, of falls of trees, branches or pine cones or other vegetal parts in conjunction or not with atmospheric events, of the presence of any kind of wild animal, for accidents caused by guests or their equipment or mobile means.

The Saccia Group declines all responsibility for clumsy maneuvers made to enter or exit the pitches, parking lots and/or internal roads (impacts on plants, branches or shade cloths)".

Any temporary suspension, for technical reasons or force majeure, of services or ancillary activities, will not, in any case, constitute grounds for revocation of the reservation, or cause termination of the relationship.

The Saccia Group reserves the unquestionable right to make any type of structural and/or organizational changes within the accommodation facilities and may, at its sole discretion, access at any time the spaces entrusted (rooms/living units/rooms) as often as it deems necessary for reasons of urgency, maintenance, control and inspection. The use of all sports equipment, and participation in organized entertainment activities, are at the risk of the user.

 

VEHICULAR TRAFFIC

It is not allowed to circulate within the accommodation facilities, except on days of arrival and departure and only for loading / unloading of luggage. In these and only circumstances, moreover, they must proceed at walking pace, never exceeding 10km per hour. Cars/motorcycles must therefore be parked in the designated areas.

 

RESPECT FOR SILENCE

Afternoon rest is from 14.00 to 16.00 hours. The night rest is foreseen from h. 23,30 to h. 07,00.

During these hours, silence and respect for the peace of others must be observed.

SERVICE HOURS

The swimming pools will be open from h. 09,00 to h. 13,00 and from h. 16,00 to h. 19,00. Hotel restaurants have the following opening hours:

- Breakfast from h. 07,30 to h. 10,00. Lunch from h. 12,30 to h. 13,45. Dinner from h. 19,30 to h. 20,45.

The hotel bars, in the all-inclusive formula, will be open from 08.00 to 15.00 and from 17.00 to 24.00. The bars in the lobby and in the restaurant, c/o hotel Baia Santa Barbara, will alternate opening hours, ensuring service at the times mentioned above.

During the hours in which breakfast is served (7.30-10.00), drinks at the bar are to be intended as payment

The evening entertainment service will stop by h. 23.30.

MINORENNI

Minors (under 18 years of age) must be accompanied and will stay with their parents or guardians, who are responsible for ensuring that these regulations are respected and observed. Adults are directly responsible for the behavior of their minors and must ensure that their liveliness does not disturb other guests. In addition, minors must always be supervised when swimming in the sea and in the pool. Campers must accompany children under 8 years of age to the communal toilets.

 

BOATS

For the safety of bathers and in reference to the ordinance governing the bathing activities, it is not allowed to stop, even temporarily, any type of boat (inflatable boats, boats, inboard, outboard, etc..). We suggest the garaging c/o the ports of Rodi Garganico, Peschici or Vieste.

 

SAFETY AT SEA

We recommend guests to respect the laws on the subject and the provisions and the ordinance of the Port Authority, regularly displayed c/o the accesses to the beach. We remind you that it is forbidden to: - swim in the launching corridors of boats (canoes, pedal boats, etc..) in rough seas, during storms, at night and go out beyond the safety limit marked by buoys. Guests are obliged, however, to follow the instructions of the lifeguards.

 

CLEANING

The cleanliness of the common areas, as well as that of the accommodation units, is an absolute priority for the SACCIA GROUP. To this end, the collaboration of the guests is therefore essential to ensure its maintenance. Here are some basic rules:

It is strictly forbidden to throw papers, cigarette butts, empty bottles/cans, chewing gum, etc. on the ground, on the beach, in the sea.

It is strictly forbidden to damage the plants and equipment of the accommodation, to pour boiling liquids or any other kind of liquid down drains or into the streets.

It is strictly forbidden to light fires outdoors (use only barbecues where present), dig holes or furrows along the roads and on the pitches

Failure to comply with these rules may result in removal from the facility.

CENTRALIZED TOILETS - CAMPING

Campers are asked to maintain the utmost cleanliness in the bathrooms, washbasins and common toilets in general, in respect of hygiene and common civil living. In this regard, we recall some primary rules:

Do not wash clothing or dishes in the sinks intended for personal cleanliness

Always flush the toilet after using the facilities

Do not allow children under 8 years of age to use the facilities on their own

Use drinking water with moderation, remembering the preciousness of this common good and, in particular, DO NOT WASH YOUR CARS, CAMPER OR ROULOTS

Failure to comply with these rules may result in removal from the facility.

RECYCLING COLLECTION

The SACCIA GROUP pays particular attention to differentiated waste collection and, to this end, the collaboration of guests is necessary. Inside the accommodation facilities, in fact, special bins have been distributed and ecological areas set up for the differentiation of waste. Guests are requested to use these services correctly.

 

LOST AND FOUND - SAFEKEEPING OF VALUABLES

It is recommended to pay attention to personal effects, money and valuables, never leave them in the car / caravan / camper or at the beach umbrella using, for those staying in the room / housing unit, the safe present. Campers, on the other hand, for small amounts of money to be kept, may contact the reception office. The SACCIA GROUP declines all responsibility for loss, theft, damage and/or loss caused by events of force majeure and various calamities.

In case of finding various lost objects, both on the beach and inside the facilities, guests are requested to hand them over to the reception office.

REGULATION FOR GUESTS WITH DOG

Pets and small/medium sized dogs are allowed c/o Manacore International Campground and c/o Park Hotel Paglianza Paradiso. They ARE NOT ALLOWED at Baia Santa Barbara Hotel.

Where allowed, is allowed the presence of only 1 animal for each room / housing unit / pitch. It is not allowed in the common areas, including the restaurant, amphitheater, swimming pool, beach.

The access to the beach is possible only in a free beach, c / o Camping Internazionale Manacore

Dogs must always be kept on a leash, with a maximum length of 1.5 meters, and must be available a muzzle of suitable size, to be used when necessary or at the request of the staff in charge.

Guests are requested to bring their own bags and shovels for the collection of manure.

It is recommended that dogs not be left unattended in the pitch/room/living unit but that a member of the household be present with them or walking them at all times.

Dogs must not cause any disturbance to other Guests and, when camping, must not invade other pitches.

It is the duty of the owners to ensure the utmost respect for hygiene and sanitation during the animal's stay in the accommodation.

Any damage caused to third parties and to the equipment of the accommodation facility, by dogs, are the complete responsibility of the owners.

The Saccia Group reserves the right to immediately expel Guests who violate these provisions.
